Pricing and New Package Options for Lotusphere 2011
This year there are a few new attendance options for Lotusphere.
Rates and Dates:
Full Conference Pass
- Now until December 3rd, the fee is $1,895 USD. This is the lowest individual fee available. The early bird gets the best price!
- On December 4th, the fee will increase to $2,295 USD.
- And on January 27th, the full conference fee of $2,495 USD will apply.
Three Day "Business Solutions Track" Conference Pass
NEW for 2011, this conference pass is geared toward all levels of business management roles. Meant for those with somewhat limited time, who wish to attend sessions and hear content throughout the day on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, that addresses the business drivers, challenges and opportunities to use collaboration technologies and solutions to improve business outcomes. The price includes three full conference days (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday), with breakfast and lunch daily, and no add-on fees for anything other than certification testing. The Three Day Pass Holder WILL have access to the Sunday night Welcome Reception and the Monday Product Showcase Reception but WILL NOT have access to the Party on Wednesday evening.

- You cannot redeem Ed Pack dollars for this registration type.
One Day Conference Pass
This conference pass is for those who have very limited time, or who want to focus on one particular event within the overall Lotusphere conference. The price includes admittance to the conference on either Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Purchase is limited to only one one-day pass per person. You will have access to all conference activities for the day registered, including, breakfast and lunch, there are no add-on fees for anything other than certification testing. (Sunday Pass holders will have access to the Welcome Reception. Monday pass holders will have access to the Product Showcase Reception. However, Wednesday Pass Holders WILL NOT have access to the Party on Wednesday evening.)

Large Group Discount

NEW options for 2011. Large Group Discounts are for groups of 8+ or 15+ people registering from the same organization. Each person in the group is eligible for a special registration rate of $1795 or $1770 respectively. On December 15, 2010, we will qualify the eligibility of your Large Group Discount based on your group reaching the minimum required registrations.
If we have received from your organization the minimum required registrations by December 15, 2010, each attendee from your organization will be eligible for the discount fee and no further action is needed. If your organization DOES NOT reach the registration minimum, each person will be charged the difference between the registration fee that was applicable at the time the registration was submitted.
Any additional registration(s) received from your organization after December 15, 2010, will be charged the registration rate of $2,295 until January 27, 2011 when the fee will increase to $2,495. The Large Group Discount pricing cannot be combined with any further discounts.
Conference Hotel Rates and Policies
A number of hotels in the WALT DISNEY WORLD® area offer discounted room rates for Lotusphere 2011 attendees. As a conference attendee, you'll save when you stay at one of the hotels listed below. Please be sure to read the Hotel Policies carefully. We encourage you to make your Lotusphere 2011 hotel reservations before December 27, 2010. Room inventory may become limited after this date. The deadline for Experient Housing to process reservations, changes, and cancellations is January 11, 2011. Beginning on January 12, 2011, you may contact the hotels directly to make new reservations, changes and cancellations. Please note that the Lotusphere attendee rates may no longer be available at these hotels after January 11, 2011. Rates listed are in US Dollars.

Additional fees may apply if there are more than two (2) people in a room. The hotels above require a one-night room and tax deposit (see Hotel Policies below). DISNEY'S YACHT & BEACH CLUB is within walking distance of the conference meeting space. Conference sessions take place within the WALT DISNEY WORLD SWAN and DOLPHIN.
The other Disney hotels listed above are on the Lotusphere 2011 intra-conference hotel shuttle, which is complimentary and runs on a published schedule. There will be NO Lotusphere scheduled shuttle transportation to/from any hotels not listed above.
Lotusphere 2011 Hotel Policies
Hotel Reservation Policy: There is no minimum stay required.
Hotel Deposit Policy: Credit card guarantee at time of booking. Hotels may charge one night's room and tax starting January 10, 2011.
Hotel Cancellation Policy: All reservations canceled within five (5) days of scheduled arrival will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
Group Reservations:
The Experient Housing on-line hotel reservation system can accommodate multiple reservations from a particular company, you can simply fill out a form for each reservation. If you prefer to submit a request for multiple reservations in writing you can download the housing form and fax it to 847-996-5401 or via e-mail to

. No phone requests will be processed for group reservations; requests must be made via e-mail or fax. All such requests will be processed based on availability and in the order in which they are received.
Waiting Lists:
If you want to be placed on a wait list for a particular hotel you can utilize the "special request" feature via the website to indicate if they prefer an alternate hotel. Applicable policies will be reiterated on your hotel reservation confirmation that you will receive after you make a hotel reservation for Lotusphere 2011 through Experient Housing.
Getting Around At Lotusphere
Save on Airport Ground Transportation
Mears Transportation is offering Lotusphere attendees a discounted rate of - $30.00 round-trip - for shuttle service between the Orlando International Airport and the WALT DISNEY WORLD DOLPHIN AND SWAN. The discount applies to all non Disney hotels but may vary according to the hotel zone location. The Mears shuttle service departs the airport approximately every 30 minutes. Mears booths are located on level one of each airline terminal. You do not need to make a reservation for your trip from the airport to your hotel, but you will need to make a reservation for your return trip back to the Orlando International Airport. Please make your return reservation at least 24 hours in advance, by calling (407) 423-5566 or when utilizing the website link for the discounted airport shuttle service, roundtrip reservations can be made online.

Conference Shuttles
Conference shuttles make getting around at Lotusphere easy. Complimentary scheduled conference shuttle service will take you from all Lotusphere-designated conference hotels to the WALT DISNEY WORLD DOLPHIN.
If you are driving during the conference, please note that parking at the WALT DISNEY WORLD DOLPHIN will be permitted only for those who are staying at the WALT DISNEY WORLD DOLPHIN with a self parking fee of $12 + tax per day. "In & out" access is NOT permitted - you will be charged each time you enter the lot.
Check back here for updated information about auxiliary parking designated for Lotusphere attendees.
If you are staying elsewhere, you must utilize the auxiliary parking lot.
For Lotusphere attendees who choose to drive their own vehicles and are not overnight guests at the WDW Swan and Dolphin, auxiliary parking will be available.
